Shipping Policy
To process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, we work with a network of regional logistics centres and partner warehouses. Depending on the destination within South Africa, product availability, order volume, and the applicable shipping route, your order may be prepared and dispatched from the nearest available regional logistics centre or from one of our international partner warehouses.
1. Logistics support for South Africa
Orders for South Africa are allocated according to the customer’s location, stock availability, order volume, and the most suitable operational route.
Reference dispatch arrangement:
Orders may be processed through our regional logistics network or through approved international partner warehouses, depending on product availability and shipping requirements.
2. Order processing
Once payment has been confirmed, your order enters the stages of verification, preparation, packing, and logistics allocation.
Depending on the final delivery destination and available stock, some orders may be dispatched from a different logistics centre than originally planned or from an international partner warehouse.
In some cases, if an order contains multiple items or variants, the products may be prepared separately and shipped in more than one parcel.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times are dynamic and may vary depending on factors such as:
- destination city or area within South Africa
- actual stock availability
- order volume and weight
- assigned shipping route
- customs procedures, where applicable
- peak periods, public holidays, or courier delays
For this reason, the delivery timeframe shown at checkout at the time of purchase will always be the valid reference timeframe for your order.
Any general delivery timeframe shown in banners, informational pages, or promotional content should be understood as an estimate only and not as a fixed delivery guarantee.
4. Important dispatch information
The allocation of the logistics centre is handled automatically in order to optimise preparation, consolidation, and transportation times.
This means that two orders placed on the same day may be dispatched from different logistics centres, even within the same service region, if required by product availability or operational routing.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant tracking information based on the courier assigned.
The total delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is confirmed and may be updated during the logistics process if there are operational, customs, or transport-related adjustments.
