Returns Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled at this stage, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once the product has already been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to complete the return process.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged shipping costs no more than once, including returns. No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
After that, please contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund appears in your account.
